Young Living Essential Oils faced a challenge common to many high-growth companies, the web site had grown with the company, but that same growth created a lack of consistency and various usability issues for Young Living’s customers and prospects. Candesa was able to take a step back, reexamine corporate objectives then create a solid structure from which the site would continue to support Young Living’s success. The fresh new web site design was able to better communicate the YL story, drive prospects into the sales cycle, and update its core technology to utilize a CMS.
